electrical issues

okay so after a "friend" TRIED to hook up my radio in a 1994 4runner 3.0 v6 it looks as if he cut off the harness to plug in to the pioneer harness. however it wasnt done properly so im pretty sure the power wire touched the ground and now my dome lights,warning lights basically all interior lights that are accessory arent working. Any ideas?????

did you check your fuses?

Yeah,you start by checking fuses, in both the engine bay and drivers side kick-panel fuse boxes.

IIRC the radio/horn fuse is in the engine bay box.
