Emblem removal

I have a 2000 limited 4x4 ,what emblems have pins and sticky tape and just sticky tape(hatch and side limited emblem),i want to remove them but the ones with pins I will leave in place.

On my 98 the only emblems with locator pins were the toyota logo centered above the rear wiper and the "4runner" on the license plate surround. Hope that helps.

Same with my 2000. I don't have a Limited but those emblems look glued on too.

I took the toyota off,I'm sure the 4wd is stick on only but I'm wondering about the 4runner in the driver side and the limited on the passenger.

For '96-'98 the ones that have pins are what pattycakes said, the toyota circle logo and the 4Runner on the license plate trim.

For '99-'02 the only thing that has pins is the toyota circle logo.

Quick easy way to get residue off is a little gasoline. The paint clear coat can handle it and works better than anything else. Comes off in seconds.
