Engine change advice needed HELP!

My 97 4runner finally blew a head gasket at 271k. I am going to change out the engine to a 01 3.4 from a 4runner. 01 engine has 120k miles. Is there any surprises I should be aware of with this swap?-Harness , sensors,etc or should this be a pretty straight forward swap.
I love this Yota or would just sell it for parts. Has OME springs, Raceline Raptor alloys, 16x8 with 4.5 inch backspacing with Kelly Safari TSR 285/75/16.
By the way, I did have some spring sag with the OME standard front coils with 1/4 inch spacer. Toytec tells me they will warranty them out to the 100lb stiffer ones that will give the full 3 inches with no sag.That info would have been nice to begin with!

Shouldn't be any surprises. Your are basically undressing your motor and leaving the wiring and everything alone as much as possible, then swapping in what would amount to a long block and hooking everything back up. Shouldn't take more than an hour.
