Engine Code Test Inconclusive

Hey Guys, so I'm having troubles getting the Banshee back on the road.

Details: 1991, 3VZE, 4x4, SR5

Started with a small leak, turned out to be the U shaped hose in the back, got that switched, then she started overheating.

Changed out the fan clutch still runs warm but only at low rpm. revving it makes the temp gauge go down.

Anyway, I went to go see if there were any engine codes with the jumper wire trick method and all it does is continuously flash. It's a fast flash....
not like the diagnostic slow flashes-pause-more slow flashes.

So not sure what that means... I did swap out the battery so maybe that re-set something? I don't know.

any ideas? on finding the trouble codes?

(I think the running warm may have to to with "burping" the system. I did the blue liquid hydro carbon test thing and it was normal so, at least that rules out the head gasket. )

any help would be appreciated, Thanks Guys

All that means is that your computer has no codes stored. And running warm is probably due to a partially clogged radiator

Awesome! Thanks Guys! I was thinking something else was going on...
I was planning on swapping the radiator after a couple runs to see what she does but why wait.. happy dance time!
