Epoxy flooring

When I did my garage back in 2006 it was all new. 3 car garage and used Behr products from Home Depot. Did everything the correct way with the new concrete but it did not hold up. I would not use that product again. The hot tires pulled it up off the floor. Also there are not many products out there unless I get some one to come and do it professionally because I have radiant heat in my garage and most products you can not use on the floor which I have looked into.

About 4 years later and the floors are near perfect. When installing the flooring, I coated it with Armorpoxys military strength (whatever) clear coat, which yellowed a little bit with the sun. I am West facing and the garage door is usually open for the family, so the evening sun is brutal in Houston.
We park 2 cars, 4 motorcycles, a 4 wheeler and Kendon trailer in the garage every day, along with the regular kids biks/scooters...and the floor is undamaged. Most of my neighbors are doing up their garages now; 4 just had their floors done and walls painted professionally ($3,000 - ouch). Anyway, I'd still recommend Armorpoxy brand and for $600, you could do the floors and walls of a 3 car garage.
