Very easy to find around the KC area. I get it for the lawnmower!
Last time I was in Liberty, MO, I got ethanol free at the Hy Vee on 291.

Here in Idaho a Mobile station nearby sells 87 EF for the same price as every other place else sells 10% for. Right now 2.66$ .

No "noticeable difference" isn't possible. Check your numbers again when you try another time or your gas station is not using E0 gas and possibly selling standard ethanol blended stuff as ethanol-free. You should see a difference especially once you get trough second tank meaning ethanol has being flushed out of your tank.

Yup.. Just filled up after running a tank of corn free premium, and with 265/70/16 AT's (Falken for the first half, GY Duratracs the second) I got 21.2 as indicated by Fuelly. And my MPG guestimator in the dash was 21.3. I've been running ethanol blended premium and using an ethanol dissolving additive and that has averaged about 20.8 on average.
As I said before, ethanol being good for the environment is a frigging lie.

Remember when gas was $.25/gal and $.10 difference between grades and there was no ethanol in it and it was leaded. Not many of you will remember those days. That's when I drove a '70 Mark Donahue autographed AMC Javelin!

It’s about emissions not MPGs...
Ethanol helps fuel burn more completely by oxygenating the combustion reaction. Increasing the burn rate produces cleaner emissions.

E10 has 96.7% the energy density of ethanol free gas of the same octane rating. I’ve averaged 21.0MPGs over 104,000 miles. Best improvement I could hope for would be about 0.6mpg. I track my mileage as much or more than anyone else on this board. I routinely drive a 364 mile trip each way at least 10+ times a year in all conditions which is an excellent opportunity to test. I would not expect nor did I notice enough of a difference in my MPGs or power using ethanol free 87 octane clear gas. If I could realize even a 5% improvement in MPGs I would be filling up with the stuff when the price or need made it worthwhile. Until then I’ll keep it for the lawn mower.

Startron. Available at most chain autoparts stores.
But it will slightly reduce the octane rating. But because it removes the ethanol, it also helps to reduce the possibility of water contamination, because ethanol attracts water.

LOL!!! Making an engine less efficient (as indicated by lower performance and less MPG) doesn't reduce emissions over the long term, as you have to fill up more frequently, thus increasing overall emissions. Methanol is even better at reducing emissions than ethanol, and is cheaper to make. But its performance is so poor in the use of passenger vehicles that it's a no-go.
Like I said, ethanol blended gas being 'environmentally friendly' is a lie, and the use of a major food source hurts not only the vehicle, but hurts the pocketbooks of people by increasing the price of everything. Beef, pork, chicken, corn, and everything that uses gas to be delivered.
As I said, if corn ethanol was a viable alternative, the government wouldn't have to subsidize the industry to keep it in gas.
Even is Brazil, where they use sugarcane instead of corn (which makes more sense, as sugarcane is used only for sweeteners, not animal feed, and doesn't negatively affect prices of of food), the government has to mandate it's use because it's still an economic loser when left to actual market demand.

Im talking about quality of emissions not quantity of gasoline used. Do you understand the difference between CO2 and carbon monoxide? Its effect on the environment? Do some research.

Do you not understand that because the crappy performance that ethanol causes, it makes vehicles less efficient, and therefor makes them consume MORE gas to go the same distance, therefore INCREASING the total amount of pollution.
A less efficient engine produces MORE pollution. It's very simple.
if you think it really makes a positive difference, you would be clamoring for methanol use.
And if it REALLY matters, why are you driving a 4Runner? Shouldn't you be walking or riding a horse? oh wait... horses pass methane, and that's bad...

Im very happy I can buy 87 pure gas and 91 pure gas easily around here in Wisconsin. It's the metros areas, Milwaukee and Chicago where it's not available. I have noticed the increased power and MPG with pure gas. I used 87 pure gas in the third gen and use 91 pure gas in the 5th gen. There is no substitute for Gasoline.

Here in Central Wisconsin Cenex sell oxygenated 91 octane pure gas. Does this fuel burn more completely than non-oxygenated fuel? Honestly asking as I didn't know what "oxygenated" meant or did.

I've also used Startron Star Tron Enzyme Fuel Treatment in my last 4Runner and this one, with 89 octane Shell gasoline.
It's great in the boat, ATV, Lawn equipment, etc... I swear by this stuff.
