For that kind of money you could be into a nice 4th gen/LX470, or a nice LC 100. I'd say it's worth $9,500-$10,000 tops, even with the rare 5-speed . It does look very nice though, but that's way high, even for Denver (which is typically 10-15% higher than the midwest).

I did my own 5 speed swap on my 4Runner with 86,000mi. Much cheaper than $12K
That Runner is from CO and they bought it at an auction. I have to question why it was auctioned. Usually in the west the dealers will keep good trade-ins to sell at retail, especially somewhere like CO where everyone is gaga over 4Runners. There is a good chance it had too many issues for them to bother with so they wholesaled it. Maybe this place put some work into it, but I personally wouldn't look very hard at this one unless they came WAY down on the price. If it was good enough to justify that price it would likely be for sale where it was traded.
Second this. I just bought a T4R w/ 145k in good shape for $4800. In Michigan though, where foreign cars are worthless (seriously, I don't get it). Way better deals to be had out there

If that runner was for sale here in Hawaii people would be asking 12k-16k easy. It's ridiculous what the mark up is here
