EX Broke car. Must fix

So i'm looking for some parts.
And some advice
My ex crashed my 4Runner. Now I'm trying to fix it. Is there any online guide on how to remove/Replace body parts.

Also the front metal part that the hood latch is. Well....its bent Can it be replaced with out cutting.

Here's a diagram of the radiator support assembly (for an 02) from Camelback Toyota.
Can't tell & don't know if it's bolt on, sorry...

I'd start at a bone-yard and try to find what you need. You could "practice" removing parts from wrecks instead of your own truck.

I think its a weld on part, I pretty much stripped one down at my local pick your part

Why is the ex driving your 4runner in the first place? Late with the alimony check? I'd rather set my 4runner ablaze than let my old ball and chain take the keys.

Take some pictures of the damage and post them here. radiator\core support is spot welded in from the factory. The hood support is bolt in.
