To me, 2nd hand smoke being a carcinogen is much like the saccharine scare decades ago - yes, rats developed cancer, but only after ingesting the equivalent of several times their body weight.

I don't care if second-hand smoke is actually good for you and has health benefits, IT STINKS!!!!

Yes, I certainly am no fan of 2nd hand smoke. But in my estimation it's a simple question of either:

A. Let your free market "votes" take care of it - that is, don't go to those places; or

B. Let government "fix" it for everyone.

"A" may be an inconvenience, but market pressure will eventually cause a change. Option "B" will effect a quick change, but also grow the government (which ain't free, has a penchant to grow more, and then seeks out other populist matters to justify its existence).

I get the Rain-x Bug and tar remover, and usually cut it with water during the summer months. It works well, and you won't need to be bothered by poor visibility/streaking. During the winter, I use it as it is sold.

When I had rain-x spray, i used to pour a teaspoon into the windshield resovir so that it gets distributed everytime i use the washer fluid.

The containers are great for storing water. You can use them whenever necessary. i.e. you can rinse your surf fishing gear or you can recut another container of washer fluid with it.
