Extended/High articulation CV Axle

Well, made a quick repair back in April and shockingly it's lasted ever since, over 7 months and many thousand miles. Shoe Goo and silicone tape.

I did order the high articulation axles, they're sitting under my work bench lol. I'll replace them eventually.

Update on my deal. Finally got around to installing the Trakmotive high articulation axles this weekend. Pretty easy. I started off trying to use a dead blow hammer to get the first axle in and got no where. In frustration I just gave it a hard shove and "plunk" it dropped in. Go figure. Used that same method on the other side and it went in first shove.

Now, when the time comes to have to remove these axles, how the heck do you do it? They don't have the ledge on them for using a prybar to pop them out. Hopefully it's 23 more years before I need to but figured I'd ask.

I recently bought a lifted 3rd gen with worn out CV axles and I ended up putting on a set of these. Seem to have better articulation than the ones I removed. I will be honest though, I'm new to 4runners so my opinion doesn't count for much

I popped a set on last year in a desperate attempt to correct weird noises and sensations in my front end after too many stupid mechanical lift decisions during my learning/FAFO phase.

For me? They hit it out of the park. No more clunking, odd sounds during articulation, etc. They feel more solid too.

Easily many pounds heavier than the stock ones, and to my untrained, but mechanically inclined eye, the quality seems great.

Non professional non "off road expert" opinion? These are a solid update if you have some lift going on.
