Good day! If possible, a quote for a 2021 TRD O/R Premium. Purchased 10 Dec 2020.

Thanks!

My lease on my 2018 SR5 Premium is running out next year as I planned on purchasing this truck afterwards. Will I be able to purchase an EW when I buy my truck after the lease is over? If so, can you please provide pricing for your best EW. Truck v=currently has 40K miles. Thank you in advance.

Hello, Unfortunately you are over the allowed 36,000 miles on the factory warranty so you would not be eligible for these deals. I am sure there are some 3rd part warranties out there you can get.

I sent several PM's today.. Sorry for the delay folks

Please educate me on why people with 2021 are getting quotes. I thought you could wait until right before the 3/36 was getting close and then jump to extended warranty. I have a 2020 Limited with 15K miles. When should I get my extended warranty? Thanks.

Can you send me a quote for a 2021 4Runner SR5 Premium 4WD?

I am not sure on the years and mileage and would like to look at the options but a 5 year, 100,000 mile one would be a good start.

Thanks!

Genuine Factory Warranty info needed

I just bought a new 2021 4Runner SR5 Limited. Finance person at the dealership seemed to be "highly recommending" an aftermarket warranty, which I don't want.
Can someone please send me info on how & where I can purchase a genuine Toyota warranty?
I am new to this forum. I just read many posts on this topic & I see that some of our members have info as to pricing, length of warranty, & what a new owner's purchase options are.
Please advise. Especially Gamester5, please.

I'm assuming to get it and be done with it, incase a contact for a good price disappears, or just to forget about doing it later. You can wait - I'm at 33.7K and adding it now... really doesn't affect anything to wait or buy now. You just don't want to delay, find yourself at 36,001 and going "whoops I forgot to add it".

This....

Some auto manufactures are doing away with out of state warranty purchases. Toyota cracked down and shut off several avenues about 4 years ago, mainly targeting internet direct sales.

These good deals can dry up over night. My first good contact DOUBLED the price over night about 3 years ago and I found another source.

Also, makes no difference if you buy now or later it still covers the same time and mileage.

Keep in mind people the warranty you purchase is AFTER your factory warranty but must be purchased during your factory warranty mileage or time frame, 3 years from the date it was driven off the lot BRAND NEW or 36,000 miles.

For example if you buy a 8 year - 100k plan the first 3 years are still under manufactures warranty so you are covered for FIVE years and 100,000 miles.

Many think the warranty takes effect after the manufactures expires and that is not the case.

I hope this info helps our members...

Cheers

Hi! Just bought my 4Runner last week. Dealer wanted $2500+ for the EW. Would love a quote for a '21 SR5 Premium 4WD? I average 12-15k per year.

Thanks!
K

Made my purchase of a '21 venture last night. I wasn't prepared for the full court press by the finance dude on warranty biz. L Did the whole interest rate drop on financing which was beating my credit union. They dropped from 2.7 to 2.39%, and marketed it as its only $10 more a month than your previous rate.

Pushed hard on the electronics and safety sense getting out of calibration, blah, blah, blah. Anyways I was beat into submission into agreeing on a 10yr/100k VSC from fidelity for $2100. Didn't feel good on it, but caved, and instant regrets. Thankfully can cancel and get a full refund. I didn't catch until after the fact they added it to the price of the vehicle so now I'm getting taxed on that too which I am irrated on.

After some research this morning I am canceling crap I signed up for yesterday. It seems like if you go for a MBI/EW going for a Toyota one is the best choice? I am not opposed to the right EW and the right time. Looks like I have 3 years and 36k to make a decision.

gamester5 at your convenience I would be interested in seeing what my other options are after ditching my Fidelity VSC I got roped into. Many thanks.
