Harp - a quick glance at your pics makes me think that there is probably some swapability... but with limited functionality. I don't think you could pop a JBL Nav unit into an SR5 and have nav, but I bet you could put it in and get bluetooth and sat radio with some creative wiring to the speakers (There seem to be 3 connectors that carry over between all 3 units - USB, Sat radio, and power from the main bus?) I guess what really matters is seeing the back of what unit you have, the back of the Entune unit, and understanding which connectors go to what. I'm guessing that an Entune unit into a 2010-11 SR5 upgrade audio 4Runner will probably be plug and play other than navigation and Entune. Basically, you'd get what Toyota calls Display Audio (non-nav).
