Factory Tundra LED Fog Lights in 5th Gen 4Runner

Found these when searching for the P/Ns on eBay. Gonna try them out. Might even do a static burn-in to see if they last before throwing them on.
1 PAIR REPLACEMENT LED FOG LIGHT LAMPS FOR LEXUS TOYOTA 81210-48051 81220-48051
$66 for the pair. As far as I can tell they seem to be identical to the actual OEM parts, so either they're legit or they managed to make a really solid clone. Either way for half the price it's worth a shot. I'm not expecting a whole lot so we'll see how they actually fair.

Think cartrimhome sells a knock-off as well for $57. Looks like the same reflector housing led fog light

Update on this, they arrived and installation was painless. They look almost-OEM and seem to be designed well. I've had them for a few weeks now and they're still 100% perfect. Long-term durability of the LED modules is the thing I'm most concerned about, as cheaping out on the modules or the cooling system for them is the easiest way to get premature LED failures.
Overall though for half the price I'm pleasantly surprised.

No problems yet. No flickering or anything. I don't use them super heavily but they haven't died yet (knock on wood)

I just picked up my new 2019 tonight and it came with these from the port. When I saw LED fog lights on the build sheet, I was pissed because I thought they were the Auer Automotive LED DRL fog light kit, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw they were the fogs in this thread.
I’ll post pics tomorrow, but I’m kind of blown away by these fogs. The cutoff is crisp and the color is very nice - they feel like some of the OEM lexus LED headlights. The pattern is wide across the front of the car, and very even.
I was previously running 2700k fogs and these are so, so much more light. I’d say they throw more light than the factory low beam, but the first thing I did tonight was install a Philips 4700k HID kit. The amount of light output is crazy - not sure I can run the fogs all the time with HIDs, even when pointed down.

Just ordered a set of new ones on Ebay for $140 bucks (two separate vendors one for $65 and the other for $75). Can't wait to install them in my 4Runner. These are the tundra OEM led lights. I didn't want the lower quality ones that you can buy afterwards from a Toyota dealer. Per reviews these have a better light pattern and spread.

Why the hate for the Auer 2-1 LED DRL/Fog lights? I have them and I love them. Leave them on DRL all the time, and the fog light lights up the area in front of the 4Runner really well at night.
And if you can't run them with the low beams, you are doing something wrong. Fog lights shouldn't be used as a primary driving light.

Just personal preference... I do not really like the pattern or location of the LEDs as the DRL, and am more a fan of LEDs in a main headlight housing. I did watch a few reviews showing how much light they produce though, so I'm glad your experience is similar.

Just take your time, I was able to do mine from underneath. As for the right side (passenger), there is an extra plastic piece behind the fog light restricting access. If you are lazy like me, look at the picture and you should be able to release the tabs by feel if need be.
Bumping this thread because I finally bought a set of the PT series on EBay from the Toyota Of Miami dealers.
SClui, thanks so much for posting the picture of the shroud. It saved me a lot of fussing around and wasted time. Drivers side was easy to install and showed me how to handle the two screws. For the passenger side I only needed to remove two screws on the fender liner and remove the shroud in the picture before a quick swap of the new assembly for the old.
