failed smog

i have failed smog three times now.... I replaced plugs and wires, cap and rotor and put a new exhaust on from the cat back... My hc went from 1.87 to now 1.95.... Anyone have any ideas as to why i would be running rich...... I have been told it is the cat, injector sensors or the latest shop said it could be the mass air flow sensor.....

Check for engine codes. Could be a lot of things, but O2 sensor would be worth checking on.

Come to find out, it was the air flow sensor on top of the air box, adjusted it and passed just fine.
