So uh....
Think we can get back to talking about the build in this build thread?

OP, sorry you are under such duress over some sharpie. People suck.

Anyway, if you have time, the question I asked is actually kind of important to me. If it's not too much trouble it would be a big help if you could elaborate just a bit on this particular part of your build.

Thanks.

We have the CKMA12

Hey, nice looking rig.

I'm thinking of getting that same compressor and mounting it behind those same plastics. Do you have some pictures of the actual compressor mounted back there?
That would really help me make a decision.
Thanks!

Its a very tight space so the pic may not show much, but i will post one for you. I believe there are some pre drilled wholes i recall or we attached a flat bracket to a metal bracket in that space and mounted the compressor to that but i forgot and cant really take it all apart now but i will get you a pic.

You're the man, thanks!

You weren't kidding, that looks really tight. Nice work making it fit though, and good call with the bracket.
Probably follow your lead on this one.

Cheers.

We get a lot of personal messages on social media about our foxwing and requesting pics of it with our hatch open.

We simply increase the height of the awning poles in the rear and pivot/rotate our antennas mounts out of its way and it opens just fine. So here is a pic =)

Oh ya we also finally replaced our prototype and got the new SSO production model version of their rear bumper.

Great pictures. Curious, your FL to Maine trip, is that posted anywhere? Looking to try to do something similar next year so I am trying to read up on trails, sights, etc. Any info you are willing to share would be appreciated :)

Little bump. :)

You mentioned elsewhere (here) that you were going to start looking into an aux tank, taking up the space freed up by the spare.
Did you get anywhere with that idea? Or did you decide to abandon it?

Whats your go to point and shoot camera setup?

90% of our shots are taken with a canon 6d with either a 24mm 1.8 or 85mm 1.8

Those lenses do all our night shots or low lighting shots as well and we use them for almost everything.

The ideal set up would be 24-70mm 2.8 if you got the money because its almost like having both of the lenses i mentioned in one... but the lenses I mentioned are still better at night.

Winch

Do you have any pictures on wiring up your winch? I have a smittybilt coming with my SSO bumper and would like to add a power switch inside the cab. Just wondering how you wired yours. I also have some AOB switches coming. Thanks. Merry Christmas

I noticed in some of your pictures you had a soft RTT, then moved to hard shelled, yet in some of your traveling pics you just used a regular tent..

Any input as to why the switches, which ones you've preferred the most, etc?

I believe they're brand ambassadors for Free Spirit, so it's possible they may have changed them out to try them, and show some variety.
