We all carry extra stuff in the back. A few months ago I bought this metric tool kit on eBay. After buying it I was informed it was backordered for a month. The seller immediately apologized and offered to refund me. Long story short it took over 2 months to finally get. Used it last night for the first time to install my Console Vault. The extension bar was perfect. Has all the sizes I used to install my suspension. A great all-in-one socket kit to leave in the truck. I think the part # is 50619, made by Williams Tools.

I have a Streamlight Survivor rechargeable angle head flashlight on a DC fast charger hardwired in the back of my truck. Its a light mainly built for firefighters but its an awesome light in its own right and has a really bright, long throwing spot and four modes.

My real favorite accessory is my ever present pocket knife (Hinderer XM-18,) but that's not vehicle specific.

I don't really go off road that much, but I always carry these-:

Fenix TK-15 flashlight.
Leatherman Multi tool.
First Aid kit.
Tow straps.
Electrical tape.
Cell Phone & Charger.
Glock 32. and two clips
Two condoms (non lubricated)

Where might I score one of these handy dandy flashlights?

Amazon has a whole range of them, $128 with the charger, assuming this is a 90520. Search on Amazon for "Streamlight Survivor charger" without the quotes and they have them in yellow, orange and black like this. I would have called some of their oranges red.

My Engel MT45 fridge. Expensive but well worth the money. It's awesome to have cold, fresh, safe food after days in the desert.

Never travel without it right behind the front passenger sit. This specimen has been made in 1940, but the balances in your hand like nothing else. Spent some time in the foreign army and know how to apply it. Not that I feel under-gunned with my carry HK200SK in .40, but sometimes you have to get somebody a chance to rethink his actions before you get to the “heavy artillery”. Cops also carry their nightsticks…LOL
Used it in North Maine to dig out from snow bank in my hunting trip too.
Still wonder if you can have entrenching tool in your cabin in Canada, or it has to be in locked case in your trunk?

I think you can carry shovel even on your belt here is Canada with no problems. I carry similar one in the trunk just because don't see any need to have it close by. Useful tool by the way, you can cut a tree with it.
