Fender Liner Trimming For 33's

Just wondering how everyone is trimming their front fender liners? Do you remove the entire liner and cut while its out? Or just cut across while it's still bolted on? I am getting some rubbing from the bottom front lip up to about 6+ inches up the fender liner. Any guidance would be great. Pictures help as well.

Thanks!

You can move the liners forward by drilling new holes in the fender liner. There is a thread about moving the fender liners somewhere on here, and it's a pretty easy mod.

You will want to move the fender liners forward and possibly trim the front bumper as laid out in the link above.

just go at them with some tin snips while theyre still bolted into the fender. it takes a lot of work to cut too much out of them.

Thanks for the link. Now I understand what moving it forward meant. Thought everyone was cutting and moving the liner back. But forward makes more sense now that I saw the photos.
