Fiberglass fenders LT?

No one that I'm aware of has gone full 3.5" LT and big tires. In fact, the only 5th generation 4Runner that I know of that has done the full 3.5LT was Fox's SEMA Truck from last year, and that was on 285/70s.

After taking a look at the SEMA truck, I'm wondering how much the wheels will actually stick out with the 3.5" kit. None of the pictures give a good view of that. That truck also has the stock fenders and from the pictures it really doesn't look bad, but it could be the angles of the pictures. I'd like to see the front on flat ground.

Camburg doesn't make a 2" kit. That said, the wheels they they're using are also positive offset to bring the tires further in. The 3.5" kit obviously widens the front end over 7"

Southernss 's rig is the most applicable to view as if uses standard width aftermarket wheels, wider tires and all that jazz

A full 3.5" LT suspension from camburg is about $6000 by itself, tack on another $1200 if you want bypass shocks as well.

If you're running. 35/12.50s on aftermarket rims with a full 3.5"LT, you need to be prepared for the fact that half of the tire will be OUTSIDE of the body
 
^--- True that. Its one of the reasons I opted for the 2" Total Chaos kit. I mean, Im getting nearly 13" of travel as it stands and everything is now boring offroad. It just goes up and over no problem. Life would be pointless with an extra couple of inches of travel I think. Theres got to be some challenge right?


Edit: wheel and tire setup for mine is 18x9 -12et on Cooper SST Maxx 35's

Here's what I'm comprehending from the sites:

Camburg claims:
Track Width: +3.5 in per side, 14" travel 4x4

TC Claims(3.5" kit):
Track Width: +7 in TOTAL, 13" travel 4x4
TOTAL CHAOS FABRICATION - 2007+ FJ Cruiser 2WD & 4WD2003+ 4Runner 2WD & 4WD Long Travel Suspension Kit

Looks to me Camburg only offers the 3.5" kit.

Article of the SEMA truck quotes:
This kit comes with upper and lower fabricated A-arms, extends the track width by 3.5-inches per side, and yields 14-inches of travel – all while retaining the factory four wheel drive system (with Camburg’s extended half shafts).

From what I remember on TacomaWorld, the AllPro LT wasn't nearly as common as the competition. Not saying it's sub-par, but I noticed it wasn't as popular. Not sure if it was because of AllPro's tubular LCA's vs the Boxed, the inability to run a secondary, or the accredidation of the company due to them being "younger" than that of TotalChaos, Camburg, ect.

I was in talks with glass works but we really need someone local to them (Huntington?) to keep pressure on and get the first set done. The first set gets done just for the cost of labor I believe.

Overkill forsure. Some low pro sliders would be much better. Not diggin the chrome, even though it adds an extra 25 horsepower.[emoji6]

That thing will never go off road, they have to make it appeal to all audiences. It may go on a curb or two while at the mall or grocery store.

Completely agree that it'll never see dirt, but you think Fox is outfitting trucks for the soccer mom crowd now?
Even if you're trying to appeal to the lowest common denominator, you don't put ugly, useless crap on your show rig.
