That's heavier than stock but not too heavy by any means. A lot of people put oversized 60 lb tires that have tread weight that's 17 inches or more from the hub, now THAT is heavy. A couple of extra pounds near the center of the rotating mass (wheel) isn't going to turn it into a slug.
