Figuring out this brake problem?

I just ordered two Brembo front rotors, from tirerack.

I also ordered new OEM Toyota pads all around from partznet and a shim-kit. Total was $ 300. I can

ya on the way to work this morning the pulsing seemed to be alot less... i read some guys put these on and they shook alot but after 500-1000 miles they break in and the shaking goes away.. i think this may be true.
cause the first day the rear rotors looked dark towards the outside of the rotor and today they look dark about halfway to the center.. so maybe a few more miles they should get dark all the way across the rotor then start evening out..
hell i dunno, ill give it some more time..
i know these irotors are made by brembo and drilled and cutt by irotors..

well i put 300 miles on my new rotors and pads.. finally saturday i went on a cruise to seat the pads and rotors.. i warmed them up and little by little i stepped harder on the brakes per stoptechs instrutions. . stayed off the brakes while they are hot.. went home parked and let em cool off... well all the pulsating is gone..
so they just needed to be broken in.. but i still get the shaking between 60 and 70 mph... so if anyone has a fix for this lemme know, i did not have the shaking without my wheel spacers.. so this tells me it may have something to do with the stock wheels...
but what do i know...
any way the rotors are all evenly colored and smooth as glass now...
so when ya change rotors, they are not perfect till ya seat the pads in.....
