I'm curious if the TRD will have the same EPA mpg rating with the front height adjusted and new shoes. Should be minor, but I would expect a slight hit.

It's true, dealer showed me his list of changes on all models, 4runner had listed a hitch cover and new black paint code as the only two changes.

Instead of developing a cover, Toyota should focus on stopping the receiver from rusting so badly so quickly - almost every older 4R I've seen has a rusty hitch. Doubt any cover is going to help that.

What is stupid, apart from yes the hitch rusts like a crab boat, is my 99' actually came with one. Had I realized on the lot that the new one didn't have one I would have kept it and saved myself $9.75!

I thought that the bottom lip on the front bumper was silver, no matter the color of the truck. On the website, when you scroll between the 2015 colors, it now seems color matched.

The silver center piece on the bumper is only on the trail model.
