Mine are still half painted, hanging up in the garage... I'll get 'em installed at some point! (before I install the sliders - gotta make sure there is clearance)

Funny thing is, I have a 3D printer sitting right outside my office at my new job... I'm not yet comfortable seeing if I can do any personal projects on it (especially since I'm electrical, not mechanical).

Got these installed and they're perfect!

Did your bolts come out easily? Mine just spin and I tried to peak behind, looks like there is a plastic clip the bolt screws into that I think is spinning.

I'm lucky in that most of the wrenching done on this truck is easy peasy. Only times I've had issues so far is the rusted nut/strap on the factory hitch and getting the nuts off the O2 sensors on the exhaust.

This guy does them for ~$75 shipped. No post printing work needed, they are good to go !

I don't see them on his list of products for the 3rd Gen. Did I miss something? I will literally order some today if I can find them.

So i tried the ThingVerse link and got an error 404, not available.

The other thing verse collection doesn't include the mud flap files, unless i missed them.

And the google links are protected. - I did request access tho.

Has anyone recently been able to grab up these files? I have access to a large scale 3D printer and would like to try and print some full size flaps.

Im going to try and merge the shorty flap file I got with a scan of the base flaps, part numbers 76621-39395 and 76622-39395, and see if I can make a full length flap file to print!


Also threw and email out to the link in @PlasticsGuy's signature, DuroBumps Premium Off Road Road Bump Stops to see if they by chance ever ended up making those rubber versions of the flaps.

Even if it was more than $75 id be interested.

It appears Toyota part numbers are as follows:
Driver side: PT413-35966-DF
Passenger: PT413-35966-PF
The manufacturer's part number seems to be different. It appears they are:
LH: 00547-35961-DF
RH: 00547-35961-PF

I used these alternate part/ manufacturer numbers to find a full length flap on a landcruiser parts site used.

Looking forward to scanning this, mirroring it, printing it, and sending it to plasticguy so he has something to make a rubber mold with.

FYI spoke with plasticguy over email and he put the project in hold because he couldn't get a physical flap to make a mold of. I hope to change that!

Update to the update:

I was able to get the passenger side flap in my hand, hope to scan it this weekend and get something mocked up for a Drivers side flap. If anything ill upload the files to thingverse or some repository.
