Holy canoli! Mines not that bad but I haven't done any serious off roading. Got some scuffs on back from loading cargo and that's about it

yeah Good thing the parts on TRD Shop are under $200 to replace! :clap2:
But still I definitely bit of more than I could chew with a stock trail. Just put on 255/80/17's and a Toytec BOSS lift with Total Chaos UCA's are going on next week. Can't wait to get back on that trail and give it another go with the mods. I'll post some pics.

Finally decided to paint and mount mine.
Had to do quite a bit of sanding due to the material being "porous" and showing through as dimples once dry. Sandable primer definitely helped. Happy with how they came out.
Also, noticed that someone beat me to painting the R red! [emoji106]

leaning towards buying magnets like what was posted on page 2. For those that have used the 3m auto tape..does it hurt the finish? If I don't like the look and peel them off a year later does it damage the clear coat etc? I want to make sure if I go the tape route it doesn't make it permanent.

Not sure if the original designer of the Trail badge is on these forums (or if this is the original post), but does anyone (or the original designer) have the 3D print file?
If designer is willing to share, I'd like to print my own and/or make modifications to it. Not sure if he makes a profit off of these...

This is a little unorthodox but I was curious to see if it worked and I needed something to test out Plasti Dip on. So here is what I started with:
Cost me $8 shipped on eBay. I liked the font and it kind of matches the 4Runner font on the back.
I trimmed off the unneeded letters and sprayed on the Dip. I did 6 coats with 30 min between them. Here was the result.
Here it is on the vehicle.
Pretty happy with how it turned out. Just something different which is what I am after. Let me know what you think!
