Fire's Build

Finally got the drivers side all back together.

Here's a shot of the firewall after I resealed everything and threw on a fresh layer of undercoating.

And here's what I had to do to the kick panel to get it back in.

Also got a wild hair this evening and got the passenger side firewall pushed back and resealed. Tomorrow I'll get a new layer of undercoat on it and get the fender and flare trimmed and she'll be all ready for her new shoes!

The beginning of the passenger side:

Small sledge to get the edges folded up

A Little more

Beating it in to make clearance

Test fitting the 35's!

Though I took a couple swings at it for frustration's sake, but I was worried I'd mash the door! This is how I would have ended up...:bash:

Passenger side front is done with the exception of the washer fluid tank. Gotta figure something out for that. Also 3 more tires are ordered and on the way... :D

:D

It's a little high in the rear right now, however we checked and I think after I get the rear bumper, swing arm, and spare mounted up it should sit pretty close to level.

Thanks! I'm anxious to get back out on the trails but still have a few details to take care of first before that happens.

Well gave her a little health checkup today. Changed out the fuel filter, O2 sensor, PCV valve, spark plugs, wires, and cleaned the throttle body.
