Firestone air spring install question

I just purchased a Firestone air spring kit for my 06 SE V8 4x4. Will the stock jack provide enough lift for me to do the install or should I get a different kind of jack?

My other car is very low (lowered M3) so the other jacks I have in the garage don't provide a lot of lift.

Thanks!

I suspect you're going to need to extend the suspension. I generally use a floor jack and lift from the trailer hitch. I don't think it's safe nor do I recommend lift the tires off the ground this way but as a method of extending the suspension it works well.

The stock jack goes under the axle and won't extend the suspension at all.

Good luck!

Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll be shopping for a new floor jack.
