First Time at Local Toyota Service

Well took my 4R in for the fist service since my purchase. I was totally impressed with my local dealer, they treat you like part of a family I had never had that before.
My question is this, they used Castrol for the oil change is this good bad or indifferent? I have seen MOBIL 1 talked about alot on here and was just wondering. The service dept stand pretty firm that Castrol is the best.

Any kind of oil is fine as long as you change it on a regular basis.

I have used Castrol in my 1978 chevy Surb. for 21 years. Same eng. no rebuilds or major repairs. The valve stims are leaking a little but still going strong!Norm
