FJ Cruiser coil spring question for 3GEN

Does anyone know how much lift is expected when installing an FJ Cruiser rear coil spring on the rear of a 97 Runner?

I don't believe the FJ Cruiser springs work on the 3rd Gen. FJ-80 Land cruiser springs are what people use.
