FJ vs. Tacoma springs?

I see this tread is a bit old, but from what I've read (can't find the source), the OEM front coils are two different part numbers. The driver's side coil has a bit more tension in it to offset a constant passenger (you), the battery and the gas tank. In short, since the driver's side is a bit heavier, the OEM coil was a tad stiffer.
I noticed the same thing when I did the Taco coil swap up front and the FJ coils in the back (4600's in all 4 corners). I'm ~ 1/4" lower on the driver's side. Pretty decent lift though.

So... I am gathering some more parts for this lift. Here is my plan tell me if I am missing anything.
I will be going from a full daystar spacer lift to a TRD Sport Tacoma lift with spacers.
I currently have eBay UCAs already installed.
Front:
TRD Coils and shocks adding another 1.5" spacer to the top to keep 3" of lift.
(This is based off of the reported 1.5" lift the TRD springs provide - THIS MEASUREMENT HOWEVER IS VERY INCONSISTENT!) So who knows what I will actually end up with.
Spacers - Robot Check
New strut top plates and washers/bushings etc. -
Robot Check
Rear:
Tacoma TRD shocks with new lower bushings. I have tried to remove these and have not been able so going to take them to a shop and have them pressed out and new ones installed.
Toytec supercoils
ToyTec "Superflex" rear Coils (FJ & 03+ 4Run)
Then add one of the Daystar 1.5" spacers to the driver side to get rid of the lean.
Does this seem like a plan that will net me 3" of lift front and level to the rear?
Anything else I should consider? Diff drop? Brake lines?

I have a pair of 09 Tacoma TRD Off Road springs laying around with maybe 13K miles on them, if anyone is interested... If so, I will post up in the F/S thread.
Quick question hopefully I can get answered here.
Guy is selling 2014 TRD shocks and rear springs for cheap, I have a 2003 4Runner LTD V8 with Xreas and rear air bag suspension.
I'm assuming since I have bags in the rear I won't need the rear springs correct? And if so, will the front shocks alone give me a lift to level the truck or will I need a spacer up front to level? Lastly, can Xreas be kept or will that need to be cut off?

Hey guys, first and foremost, if it wasn't for you all, idk what i would be doing in regards to modifications. thank you!!
With that said, i am installing a complete 2016 trd suspension with 8 miles on my 07 se. My xreas has been leaking since October. I did change out the rear eye bushings with energy suspenion ones..maybe 10 minutes max once i figured it out. I currently have the daystar 2.5 front/1.5 rear. Unfortunatley, i will have to install these again once i buy aftermarket uca's( camburg is the direction i want to go, but open to any suggestions).
Lastly, i have a set of toyo 285/70/17 i plan on adding once i've taken care of the suspension. I plan on taking pics and adding them here, as i have found this site and it's members extremely helpful and someone might find my posts helpful as well.

trd suspension swap
I have a 2000 SR5 in desperate need of new rear shocks, and a buddy of mine just gave me his TRD rear shocks from his 2014 Tacoma. Im curious to know if I will be able to swap them with my stock suspension without having to change out the bottom bushings, or if I will even be able to swap them at all?
EDIT: I ordered the correct bushings for the lower eye yesterday so i will have them on Wednesday. In theory i should have everything installed this weekend barring any unforeseen problems. I will post pictures once i am finished with the swap.

So I just got some TRD Sport springs from a Taco for my fronts, and got a set of FJ's for the rear. I've bought 5100s for the shocks all around.
I was thinking the .85 setting + whatever lift the TRD gives me. Am I right to expect this to lift the front 2-2.5"?

the sport coils result in more lift
than the TRDs. I'd say that if it wasnt too much of a hassle i'd see what kind of lift the coils yield on the lowest setting b/c the fj rears are only good for about .75 of an inch so if you went to the 2nd from the bottom perch the front end might higher...

I loved my FJ until I bought a Jeep. They are very similar but I just feel the Jeep is one step ahead
