FJ Wheels on stock 4th gen sport

Hey guys,
I have a '04 V8 Sport 4x4-stock. I am going to purchase a set of '07 FJ "17 wheels-stock. I plan on having my current 265/65/17 tires remounted on the FJ wheels. Will i require any modifications?

No it'll be fine. I have FJ wheels with 265/70 terra Grapplers and I do get a bit of plastic rub.
