Flowtech Raptor Turbo Muffler?

Anyone know anything about these? They are cheap. I found a new one on CL that i was thinking i would just low ball the guy, and since i have a buddy who works at a shop and can weld it in for free, i figure if i spend $15 and it sucks, no harm no foul??

never heard one myself but if you get it for 15 bucks go for it. might want to youtube them and see if anyone has posted sound clips first.
