FN fx pro wheel pic thread

Can anyone that has had these FN TRD replicas comment on how they have held up over 1-2-3 years?

1. I haven't specifically counted my thread turns, but I believe it to be more than six.
2. No chipping or scratching with light off-road use
3. I have the OEM TRD caps, and they seat very well
5. I purchased a fifth for the spare. The hook / cup carrier works well, although it seems it's a bit harder to get it centered before lifting
6. Lug nuts did come with my order, and they are holding up well

All of that said, this was my first aftermarket wheel purchase, and I've been very satisfied.

Thanks Ozark, very informative and what I was looking for. your sig says you run with AT3s, how do you like them? Do you wish you went more aggressive looking?

My next purchase is the 18 inch BFD FN wheels in graphite. Anything going on sale soon??

When I talked to Dustin he said they haven't run a sale on these since they started selling them. Judging by the 30 day wait to get them, I can understand the lack of sales.

In summary, dont hold your breath for a deal, unfortunately

Tried reaching out to Dustin without an answer. Do we know if the lug nuts that FN provides will work with the stock oem wheel? Never occurred to me before but my spare is still the stock wheel.

Dustin got back to me. He said the fn lugs are not compatible with the OEM wheel. Just fyi.

I'm on my second set of Cooper AT3s, and I do like them. Current set has 45k on them (five tire rotations), and still has a good bit of tread left. That being said, they are cupping a little, even rotating every 2,500 - 3,000. I don't wheel hard, but they've done everything I've asked of them confidently. As far as looks, I definitely notice their lack of serious aggression now that the wheels stick out more; I'm eyeing the Cooper ST/Maxx in 255/75-17 next.

you make a good point there. people who have an oem spare need to keep extra oem lugs with them.
thanks for the tip!

nice truck BTW. no way that's a daystar 2.5/1

I heard in another thread fn is making an 18" version of this wheel. Just want to know if its true or just a rumor?

I recently spoke with Dustin and he did mention 18s were coming out in these wheels. I think it was summer timeframe, but that I am less sure about.

Anymore pics? I'm looking at doing 2"/1" lift on mine with these wheels and 265/70/17 KO2's as well

I have a few questions. 1: what color would look best on my 4runner? 2: what is the offset of these wheels?.3: will they stick out farther then the factory 17" wheels I have now? If I correct they are 17x7 with a +33 offset?

Thanks
