I only did it on the fronts. Used one two-door kit.

Night and Day Difference!
I just had these Focal components (IS 690TOY) installed, along with a Memphis Audio 10" Nanoboxx (under-the-seat subwoofer).
The stock system is now alive! I've had fairly expensive systems in the past (Infinity Kappa Components, JL Audio Amps, etc.). The Focal plug-and-play kit holds its own; I can't believe the stock head unit is powering them. The clarity and precision of sound being produced by these things is simply amazing.
On a side note, the Nanoboxx solves any low end fill desires anyone over the age of 16 will have. I literally have to turn the bass knob to its lowest setting or its too loud - hard to believe something that small can produce that much base.
PDA in Littleton, Colorado did the install so I can't comment on difficulty or anything. I didn't want to have to deal with pulling panels off or wiring the subwoofer.

I like how the Focal is plug and play...definitely makes is easy for beginners, but my biggest gripe if the price...For about the same price you could replace all 4 doors and the tweeters. If you were forced to choose (again)...which way would you go?

I'd buy the Focals again. Yep they are expensive. I think they sound really good. Easy install was nice. I bet Crutchfield has kits that would make other, less expensive speakers easy to install, too. Probably not hard to find 6x9s for the doors, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to find the small dash tweeters.
I'm happy I did them. The lack of having to hack together some sort of fabricated bracket is worth the extra money and piece of mind to me.

How much did your shop charge to install the Focal front and rear speakers? Doesn't look like a bad install..but not sure I want to fool with removing the door panels etc.

This was an install of an entire system, not just speakers, so I don't have a price on just the speaker install.
The front doors are actually super easy to remove. I looked at this how-to and it was pretty straight forward. Could do it in a matter of minutes now that I have done it once. They literally just pop off and then pull up to "un-hang" them.

Do you feel a lot of vibration in the seat from the Nanoboxx, or would you if it was cranked up a bit? Just curious as I haven't ever done an under the seat sub setup.
Yeah, I'm looking for a sub as well and think I'm going to go with a JL Microsub in the back because I don't trust that an under seat sub will give me the sound quality I'm looking for. Want deep, tight and articulate bass. Don't need to vibrate the car next to me, but want to feel it.

I have the kicker hideaway sub under my front passenger seat. Volume obviously plays a big part as to how much vibration you feel. I will say that with the volume up at levels I would never drive around in, the vibration is minor. At comfortable levels (like the kind where sirens aren't drowned out) you will have minimal vibration.

Don't pay a shop to install these speakers. It is super easy! There are 4 screws that hold each of the front door speakers in place. The stock wiring plug connects directly to the Focal speaker. The dash speakers are held in place by 2 screws. You're not splicing any wires.

I'd do the exact same thing! They are well worth the price. Shop around, I got the components for $250.

It's under the passenger seat, so I don't feel a lot of vibration. I'll have to sit in the passenger seat and try it out, I'll report back. I will say that I have it set to almost the minimum setting, the thing gets loud.
Does anyone have a good source for these? Crutchfield doesn't have the 6x9 and has no idea when they will get any more, and the 6 1/2's they insist do not fit. I went into the store and the sales guy talked to the installer.
