Fog lamps question!!

So I work at an aircraft hardware distributor an one of the many things we sell are aircraft fog and taxiing bulbs.
The fog lamp is what I'm interested in but I'm not sure if it will even work so I'm callin in the experts.....YOU!!
The fog lamps are G&E bulbs part # 4857. They run on 28volts and put out 250 watts.
Good or bad idea? If good what would I have to do to make it work? If bad idea then obviously tell me and leave it at that lol
Plz no bashing. I'm new to wiring and electronics so I'm just trying to learn
PS...also put this on 120 so sorry if your seeing the exact same thing twice

I would imagine 250 watts near any type of plastic is a bad idea..the fog housings are plastic as is the bumper. If they're self contained beams then you could mount them on a metal mount off the body and get away with it. The other question is the voltage. We only have 14ish volts, so they certainly wouldn't operate correctly.

Yea I was plannin on mounting them to brackets behind the grill once I do the satoshi so idk if the het will be a problem but the 28v was my concern. Even with a dual battery set up that would be pushing it. It's just so tempting because I can get the lights for literally nothing and the light output is HUUUUGE

Bad idea
