Fog Light Screws Needed

2001 Limited OEM fog lights. I stripped the heck out of the 3 screws to remove the fog light cover to get to the bulbs. Dealer said they can't get these. Any suggestion on where to buy these? I couldn't find them at Home Depot or Loews.

Thanks, sent them PM's hope they still have some left. If not at least I have the specs and will try to find them locally at a shop or something.
