Looking for a project truck?
My 1987 4Runner has been sitting for years and I will never fix it. I blew the head gasket years ago. The 4WD worked great and it was my daily driving vehicle. This is a special truck. It has the removable top and it also has chrome side panels that make it sharp. I will take $500 firm. If I don't sell it for $500 I plan to let my cousin make it a toy. If you don't want to pay $500 DO NOT WASTE MY TIME. It's a 5 speed and has the 22RE motor. No radiator. It's got chrome rims. The title is clean, registered in Alabama.

I might be interested. That would cover most of my needs in one fell swoop, and you're not too terribly far away (I'm in Atlanta). Money is very tight right now, though--how soon do you need to sell? The price is good. I'd LOVE to grab something like this if I can swing it, as I need lots of body parts, and it appears these are in great shape. Are the doors power or manual windows? That would surely make a memorable Moab trip, huh--arrive a couple days early, burn the midnight oil swapping parts, and then go play (and hope to not wrinkle the new panels too badly--LOL)! Sounds like a great plan--if only I could make it happen. I'm not even sure how I would go about hauling it back from Alabama yet--probably have to borrow a pickup and rent a Uhaul trailer for a loooong day. Still, having all the body parts I need in one package sounds awfully sweet!

Just wanted to say that I had talked with the OP over the phone and they were very helpful and honest! Told me everything I wanted to know about the truck, they had nothing to hide! If I had the extra cash to fix it, it would probably be a pretty good deal!
