I have a pair of used SPC upper control arms for sale. they have some minor scratches (seen in photo).
Included in the sale is two new ball joints. These are the most current grease-able ball joints with the zirk fittings.
Bushings look to be in good shape.

What you see in the picture is what you will be receiving. 2 UCA and 2 new ball joints.

No, I think you need SPC part# 25480 for the 5th Gen. here is a link to the SPC website for your 4 runner

Ball joints

Tacoma's use a different ball joint, you would need part number 25002 those are 25001. I bought used Tacoma LR UCAs for my 4runner and had the same situation.
