do you only need one pair for the lift in the picture? or do you need additional things for the front?

These are rear lift springs only, you will need a lift of some sort for the front as well as longer shocks and brake line extension in the rear.

I have Tundra Billies w/Downey 650# c/o's on the frt, with an AllPro diff drop.

891's, billies, Toytec upper shock mounts, trim packer on the drvrs side and extended the stock panhard bar in the rear.
