Cool idea, but $380. . seems a little steep.

Hmm. Easy to say no and stick with my Coleman stove or backpacking stove for the price.
However if I limit my comparison strictly to convenience and space, I'm thinking I use close to double the space and it is a pain to break camp and put the kitchen away into a bunch of different tubs.

Would be a nice addition if you had a "fleet".. but the setup/breakdown alone would be annoying and slow down the process of "exploring".

Base-camp situations would benefit though.. where's the shower?
