For those of you that have the Toyota OEM Sport Bumper

how does it install? Does the bumper piece stick directly onto the bumper or is it just right in front of it? My concern is that since it is placstic that if something were to happen to it will I be able to remove it without disrupting the bumper or not? We have some harsh winters here in Central NY and I am concerned with the extreme coldness. Any thoughts?

I don't think that many read the accessory page and I was trying to cover my bases. I would rather have it in the general discussion board then, if thats possible.

For the amount of $$ you're going to spend on that plastic sport bumper trim ( which isn't going to protect your car from anything and will crack on impact) get a real front bumper protector like the T&H Bull Bar that some of us have. It's around the same price and much more durable.
