Got ours here in northern VA via the USAA buying service. 2013 silver TE, KDSS, Nav system, running boards, carpeted floor mats, and embarrassingly the all important chrome exhaust tip, for $36,917 minus delivery fee, processing fee etc. Had some very bad experiences with the first 2 dealerships provided by USAA, the third was amazing; when the sales person went to another dealer in MD to pick it up (no silvers anywhere to be found in northern VA) it had 1 mile on the odometer. I also got a quote on my 13 year old Dodge Dakota from Car Max for trade in, so they had to compete with that too. Interest rate via USAA was 1.75% for 72 months. Overall, once I got to the right dealer, one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I would never walk into a dealership without already having financing in hand.

I plan to refinance asap after my 6 month lock in window is finished. I thought it was to good to be true so I brought someone who does underwriting for a living with me.

I paid $37.2 for my 13 limited at 1.94%. I picked up the vehicle with sliding cargo tray, rear cargo cover, floor mats, ball mount for the hitch, running boards, and had them throw in a set of all weather mats.

In my experience TruCar is a beginning point for negotiations. Not really the best deal. I would think with the '14 soon to be on the lots 1K under advertised Edmunds invoice should be the maximum offer. Of course "dealer doc fees" are going to get added on to whatever they agree upon, so keep that in mind as well.

5K off a LE '13 sticker should be attainable.

I think the 6 month lock is so they get their cut, you should be able to refinance at any time unless they had you sign something

Yes, I financed through the dealer to give them a bone and make it easy for me, then flipped out of that 2.42% bank rate (not TFS which I requested) to my 1.74% CU before the first payment was due. The will probably get their fee clipped out by the bank, but the dealer screwed around with me and my $$ so much at close it doesn't bother me if they do.

37,239 with a sticker of 41,000.
When I was signing papers, I stopped with 2 to go and said I need an alarm like I had in my FJ. After some typical car salesman crap from the manager, they agreed. Just had the Viper 5704 remote start two way alarm installed.
Probably not the best deal but it was good enough I think.

2013 MGM TE KDSS Entune Rubber Floor Mats Exhaust Tip (I think thats all the options) $37363 before all the dealer crap taxes etc. Gave me $27,000 for my '11 Taco and 2.9% financing. Dealer had to get one for me. They also financed my lift/rims tires etc. Took delivery last week. Pictures soon to come

Paid $42,900 on MSRP of $46,700. $100 over invoice. Bad thing is 20"x7" wheels, can't find suitable off road tires, have to go aftermarket wheels. Good luck.
