Hey guys. So I've been a member of T4R.org for a couple months now and absolutely love you guys! You've helped me so much already and looking forward to working with you guys in the future. However, there is one thing that has been bugging me. WHAT ARE YOU GUYS TALKING ABOUT!? :biggrin2:

What does "bump" mean? What does "TTT" mean?

There have been a few acronyms that I have eventually figured out my self, "IMO" (In my opinion), "IMHO" (in my honest opinion), but there are still some that have been driving me crazy. :wtf:

So, I finally got the courage to write you guys and ask if there is a write up for these things. :biggrin2:

TTT - To The Top

Forum's friendly way to make a Thread active, so viewers can see.

TTT is like BUMP too...telling you to check out the very 1st post.

There's also many more that I learned through a friend & Urban Dictionary.

IIRC - If I Recall Correctly

YMMV - Your Mileage May Vary

There's probably much more, but I can't think of any right now.

"BUMP" is a reply that is used for the sole purpose of getting the thread to the top of page one for any particular area. Commonly used in the for sale section.

"TTT" = to the top. Same purpose and meaning as "BUMP".

Some others...
"WTB" want to buy.
"WTT" want to trade
"WTS" want to sell

Me personally thinks that "TTT" and "BUMP" are useless posts. If my thread is buried and want some attention, just reply to it (ie. price went down, still up for grabs or something in that nature) and it will be on top again.
