It was a fun and educational year being a part of this forum. I've made new friends and have learned a ton, so it's been a very positive experience for me.

And last but certainly not least, I'd like to thank my new good friend [MENTION=102606]infamousRNR[/MENTION] for being a kickass partner for our YouTube channel of repair and mod videos. He puts an enormous amount of time editing the videos we make, he helps me wrench, and he quite often is the one who comes up with solutions when we hit a snag because he has a great mechanical eye. I often think he should be doing the wrenching and I should be holding the camera.

So, Thanks Dudes! 2016 was a great year and I'm looking forward to 2017. For sure, Sean and I will be putting out a lot more videos for the 3rd Gen community. Keep Wrenching and Peace Out!

Speaking of great contributors, the amount of helpful diy videos you & [MENTION=102606]infamousRNR[/MENTION] put out within the last year has been invaluable. If there was a "who deserves a free 3rd gen 4runner award" you guys would definitely get my vote.:trophy:

There are so many great posters here. Helpful, funny guys that get it. It's honestly one of the best sites that I am a member of. This list is a great start but I think my biggest thanks has to go to whoever started this site and the admins and mods that keep it up and running.

I've wrenched on vehicles since before I started driving. To have all this info in one place that is super easy to reference makes any job you need to do that much easier. So thanks T4R.org for bringing it all together. And thanks to all the members that have made contributions to the site.

Right on. I am just happy that this forum is as active as it is with knowledgeable and helpful members. I don't consider myself mechanically gifted at all. I generally stumble through basic stuff with the helpful information and fantastic write ups that are posted here. No matter the issue, it seems someone has seen it before.

Thanks for the mention Tim. You and the rest of the guys/gals on this forum are what makes this place great. So many great post going back YEARS from so many forum members really makes this place an invaluable resource for all things 4Runner.

You & Sean have certainly laid down a solid layer of icing on the cake with excellent videos that are well made and thorough to say the least. If pictures are worth a thousand words — videos are worth 100,000! It's always nice to be able to visualize a repair first if one has never done it. There are untold people who aren't even members of this forum who have reaped the benefits of all the hard work you & Sean have put into those videos.

This forum and its members are a major reason why I'm still investing in a truck that is fast approaching 500,000 miles.

Thanks for the mention. I'd add [MENTION=94888]EatonKyleH[/MENTION] He posts less than he used to, but his V8 thread is forum immortality on its own. Also [MENTION=43936]zcruiser[/MENTION] for his colored spark wiring diagram I post constantly. Others may come to me.

I tried to scan back through my hundreds of bookmarked threads, but there is no easy way to do it. I have to open each one to see who posted it. There are many who no longer post here whose legacy will live on.

This has been one of the better car forums I'm part of. I always knew I wanted a Toyota truck when I was a kid and this forum makes me love my truck even more!

You guys and your write ups have been critical in helping keep my beast running in tip top shape, and to help with my OCD issues (lol). For an 18 year old truck, it's great that there's still such an active community behind it!

Thanks for the mention Tim! Honestly I'm surprised to be lumped in with the others you've mentioned on there but it's nice to help out where I can.

I've learned lots from this board and yeah- one of the best around. I think this is the only automotive forum I frequent when my truck is not broken! It's a real big plus to have a network of like minded folks.
