Forum response really slow lately ....

I am using XP and IE8, any click of the mouse/ page load times are better than one minute............. but I think it isn't server side. Why? Because forum works flawlessly with my Samsung Galaxy Note2 running Jelly Bean on my Wifi G router, page load times of 3 to 4 seconds with cell phone. So what can it be??? :faint:

Forum seems to be working as it should now, though I have not been on it for some weeks due to it being so slow. whatever fixed it, thanks so much!!!
