Found my 3rd Gen 4R

Hey trailbikerider, what kind of bike do you ride? How are the trails in Arizona?

I have an Airborne Guardian 29er hardtail. I haven't ridden much since I moved down here, so unfortunately I can't answer that question. It looks like if I want to enjoy a lot of the trails around here I ought to upgrade to a bike with rear suspension as well.

I installed an AVS bug deflector the other day. I don't know what it is, as I normally HATE the way these things look on other vehicles, but they look at home on these trucks for some reason.

Busy weekend, on Friday I finally registered this thing with an AZ plate, and then had my new wheels mounted. I know they're a pretty common wheel, but they have that old school Japanese look to them that accompany these trucks perfectly.

Today consisted of replacing the radiator, both radiator hoses and thermostat in anticipation of a hot Arizona summer.

On to some photos!

Was dicking around today on my Photobucket and found some photos of my old 97 Tacoma. Man this thing was a hacked together piece of crap, but it gave me the bug for Toyotas.

I posted these in the 3rd gen picture gallery, thought I'd throw them here too. Last weekend I drove up to the top of Four Peaks in Fort McDowell, AZ with a fellow 4Runner owner. Also shown here is my recently completed retrofit.

I'm currently torn between whether or not I want to buy an ARB front bumper, or go for a full length roof rack. I don't really need either one, but when has that ever stopped people from buying parts??

Went out and ran Schnebly Hill Road and Broken Arrow trail in Sedona, AZ yesterday with a slew of 4Runner guys, and a tagalong Land Rover and Jeep. Didn't get a ton of photos, as I was driving.

I was pleasantly surprised how well my truck performed for only having a 2" lift. The only thing I hit was my factory front skid on the way down Devil's Staircase.
