Fox 2.5 rears

Does anyone have the a Fox part numbers for doing the bushings from Fox Tundra 2.5 to 5th gen rear. Fox Tundra have an hourglass bushing and inner metal sleeve. I can’t figure out part numbers for bushings and metal sleeve. Can anyone help with part numbers? Thanks
