I upgraded my Icon stage 1 to a stage 2 over the weekend (just added upper control arms). it makes a HUGE difference in the way it handles, and I wish I had only done it sooner.

out with the old... the ball joints were actually in pretty good condition. it looks crappy in the picture because I had to take some vice grips to it to keep it from spinning while I un-bolted it. stock ones had about 127,000 miles on them.
in with the new...
and I found a twin when I went to get it aligned! I thought it was pretty crazy, in a town of around 60,000, I rarely see another 4runner, especially not a driftwood pearl in the same shop haha
I also installed a Landcruiser black piano wood steering wheel a while back:
