I've been driving my below setup for over a year and finally added a Sonoran Steel track bar for the rear. Before, everything was aligned and drove great, now I'm noticing issues in the height of the front end between driver and passenger and im trying to correct before i get it aligned. i always had more pre-load on the driver coilover than the passenger but now its even worse. Like the driver side is 1/2" lower than the passenger side but i have 1/2" more pre-load on the driver (low) side.
whats weird is i jack up the front end and drop it down, both sides are even. i jump up and down on the front bumper, both sides drop 1/2" but are still even. I move the steering lock to lock and the passenger drops 1/2" but driver drops 1" so im back to being 1/2" lower on driver.
all parts are around 1 year old. LCA bushings and sleeves, OEM LBJ, OTR, Icons and LR UCA's, steering rack bushings.
I cant think of what would cause that side to drop. i have noticed a very slight clunk when turning left and truck bounces around over the ridge of the road but im thinking that's the aftermarket steering rack being 4 years old.
Im about to tear into the driver side but does anyone have any thoughts? I checked tire pressure and depth, the rear is even from ground to fender and ground to bumper, the front is uneven ground to fender, ground to side mirror, ground to upper shock mount etc. bleh
