Front end vibration

Just replaced all 4 old Goodyear Radial Wranglers with Cooper tires. Same exact size as the old ones-265's. The truck rode great with the old ones. If for the fact there was no tread left I'd kept them. Now I have a pretty bad front end vibration at 70 that will rattle your teeth. I had them rotated, balanced 2x and then an alignment. Tire pressure is perfect. After all this I still get a high speed vibration. I can't figure it out. It can't be a bad tire since I rotated them and it still shakes. What am I missing? This is driving me nuts. Is it worth it to get them balanced again? You all help me out in the past I'm hoping there's something I've just overlooked. Thanks again.

Were they balanced 'correctly'? (At a place with a GSP9700 using a Haweka adapter)

Not sure. I bought the tires at STS and usually had pretty good luck. I know that's not the cheapest place to get but I never had problems in the past. Which tires service centers might have a GSP9000 Haweka adapter? Thanks again,

same problem here . used GSP9000 with a Haweka adapter... problem solved.

I had the same problem, had the same fixes done. It was better, but still had a slight problem. It did it at times when braking, and even new brake rotors didn't fix it. In the sixties (telling my age here) I ran an alignment machine and remembered that wobble can happen when there isn't enough positive caster. I found a level floor, took an ancient magnetic "degree" level Found at a garage sale, and set the caster 3 degrees more than recommended. Took care of the problem and helped directional stability. Also found that the alignment shop had the caster almost 2 degrees more on the left side, than on the right.
