Front O2 sensor replacement

I want to replace the front O2 sensor of my 2000 4runner - 5VZ because it has more than 150 miles on it, my car is outside the US, (VIN:JT3HN86R0Y0302591), It only has one catalytic converter and a muffler so It is not a California emission version (my conclusion), surfing on the we I found that the sensor I needed is the 89465-80034, I went with this to the parts store and they told me that their manual shows that the part I need is 89465-39855, to avoid any mistake I disconnected the sensor from my car to check the Part number and I got surprise when I found the PN: 49867-35011 which I found is the california version sensor.
I am really confused and don't know which sensor to buy to replace mine.

any help will be really appreciated. Thanks in advace.

check out the documentation and tutorial reference sticky. There is a thread about O2 sensors with a link to the URD website, it will give you the part numbers you need.

You were right, I don't know why I did not see the 2nd catalyst, It had it, and also under the hood it says "California" emissions compliance, at the end I replaced the A/F sensor with the PN: 89467-35011 and I said good bye to:
p0125
p1130
p1135

Thanks for your help and advice, I don't have any pic as they are the same as the listed in the sticky reference.
