Front suspension help

So i had the fronts struts swapped but due to the fact i have been exhausted i forgot to mark passenger and drivers side.

My question is does it matter? or can they go on either side

Just new struts oem height. Just triyng to make sure it doesn't matter what side the coil assembly goes on. They look the same to me

Take a look at the springs. You should see paint dots on them. If both springs have the same color dots it doesn't matter. If they don't, you have right-left specific springs. Or just take a measuring tape and measure from center of wheel to fender on both sides.. If they are close call it a day.. If not you got a problem.
